need you to capture 25 hrs of training videos(split in over 100 files of 3-6 mins each) from a website offering videos in flash or quicktime. u need to have good video + audio capturing software with knowhow of how to maintain quality. you can deliver video in mpeg format by uploading them on a ftp server. site from where it needs to be captured will be provided in PM and you need to also show a 1 min capture video capture from this side as proof of your ability before selection.
