Text Synchronizing (Convert Text to Audio)

We have a video presentation and we need the text we have for this presentation to be converted into voice (that is, audio-recorded). We already have the text, but it will also have to be edited a little bit. Please bid if you match the follow criteria: - You are a native English speaker (that is, English is your first language since very early childhood), no offence here, it's just the nature of this project that the presentation must sound this way; - You have proper English grammar (orthographics, semantics, etc) and can edit the text to look right; - You can speak with professional-sounding good NATURAL intonation; - You can use recording software and you know what software and how to use (basic Windows software is OK); - You have a good microphone. It doesn't matter whether you are male or female, especially if your voice is especially attractive. I will do a small test to find out if you are a good fit for this project. You will need to send me a sample of an audio file with a fragment of synchronized text.
