I have a furniture item in a SketchUp file that I need to be recreated(built) in Revit. This furniture item is an office desk/workstation. Here are the details: • We highly value honesty and effective communication. To streamline our process and avoid unnecessary clarifications and messages, we kindly request that you thoroughly read this job description, as it outlines our terms and expectations - On this premise we are happy to answer questions. • Proficiency in both Revit and SketchUp, along with a comprehensive understanding of the Revit software, are prerequisites for this task. The Revit file should accurately reflect the dimensions of the SketchUp part file. • Since this file is intended for use by architects and designers in Revit, it must be kept compact in size. Please consider that up to 50 or more of these parts will be used in a Revit project. • I need someone who is willing to answer questions. In your submission please explain your approach to building this item regarding best practices for Revit. We want to know the best method to do this. • We require you to provide a time estimate for completing this task in hours. Urgency is not a primary concern; what matters most is your ability to accurately predict the hours you expect to invest and the hours you ultimately spend on the task. • I'm not looking for someone to simply convert the file into a Revit format. • This file will undergo quality checks by a Revit expert to ensure it's suitable for use in Revit projects. Payment will be based on the outcome of this evaluation. If you prove to be a suitable candidate, there may be ongoing opportunities for additional tasks with us.
