We want a script (bash, VBS etc) that changes the target of a shortcut on desktop. We need this because we have around 200 pcs in different buildings so doing it manually is not possible. For example we have a shortcut named X with Target: "C:\Program Files\Test\[login to view URL] connect [login to view URL]" and we want to change it to "C:\Program Files\Test\[login to view URL] connect [login to view URL]". The script must work on any pc with Windows 10 Pro no matter the user's name and without Admin rights.
