Dear Sir, I’m an expert in LEED energy models. I completed dozens of LEED models using HAP, eQuest, Energy Plus, Trace, etc. Additionally I reviewed hundreds of submittals as a third party LEED reviewer for USGBC. I can construct a model, fill Section 1.4 Tables spreadsheet, and maximize the points on the model if necessary using ASHRAE addenda, district guidelines, LEED interpretations or alternative compliance paths if necessary. I’m assure that I am the most qualified for this type of job here in this site, I know exactly what I’m doing so I’m a fast modeler and most important I have the experience with LEED details to fine tune the model to maximum gain. I’m not the cheapest bidder from India since I’m based in US. But if you really need an expert with the relevant LEED experience that know the ins and outs of certification and typical reviewer crosschecks. As far as CFD, we can come up with a equivalent U-value for the facade in a simpler model in HAP, or eQuest. I've seen approved LEED models using this approach since it might be conservative. Since it is a small lab building without facade dominate loads it maybe the most appropriate. Or I can use energy plus to model the cavities and calculate the interior convective heat transfer coefficients since it can model thermal radiant exchanges and consider the can ventilation stack effect .
