Memory Management simulation for Clock and LRU algorithms

I need a program that simulates memory management for simplified Clock and LRU algorithms. Program reads in a file with settings and a file with "processes" and produces an output file with "second-by-second" events. Processes are scheduled in slightly modified FIFO order. This is a school project, so code should be clean and has some commenting. Need this in C++ in a single .cpp file. All project files (assignment and sample input/output) are attached.
