I need help developing a Service Request App.

I am looking to build app world. This app will be based around service I am looking to begin this project as soon as possible and looking to finish this project even more quickly. I am very serious about this project but I do not have much experience in this field. - Service Request o Call – Place Call o Email – Send Email - Sales Request o Market § Call § Email - Locations o Market § Map § Navigation to Office - Survey o Redirect to website with Survey.
