WebRTC - Video Chat and Online Whiteboard Solution Needed

** WebRTC Video, Chat and Whiteboard Application The project will be similar to products such as WizIQ and BrainCert’s virtual classroom. We do not want this project to be built on premade products, this must be fully custom built. ** Technologies - The backend server is running Window Server 2019, and must be developed in .NET Core (C#) using Razor and SignalR - connected to a MariaDB database. The code must be organised, consistent, documented and be easily maintained by us in the future. We would like to review the source code on a weekly basis. - The system must be HTML5 compatible, and should work in all new releases of major browsers without plugins. - All communication between the clients must pass through our servers, this is because we would like to record all sessions and activity. ** Whiteboard This whiteboard must be fully custom coded and vector based. The solution needs to be shared between both users, and both users can interact with it. realtime updates to the whiteboard should be transmitted to our server in a simple and structured way (possibily using JSON). All items need to be click to draw, no other dialog windows appear after shape/object is drawn. It just needs to be simple and intuitive to use. It's important that the solution has minimal lag, functioning at a high frame rate, even with a lot of objects on screen. Ensure whiteboard solution works across latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Android (default browser) and Safari on iOS (WebKit). It should account for different screen sizes and resolutions. Whiteboard contents syncs with other whiteboard user(s) in realtime in the same room. ** Other Features - The system needs to be able to record and store all video/audio, chats, and whiteboard activity. -screensharing feature - Using an “API” we should be able to; 1) create/edit/delete users 2) create and schedule rooms/edit/delete rooms (add two users to a room) 3) set lesson lengths 4) Download room videos and chat logs A full list on fuctionilty we need it here [login to view URL] (it doesn't need to be an API though - if we can manage this through using an object in c# that is fine also) ** Graphics and Interface Design All button graphics and interface design will be provided by us as Photoshop/Illustrator files The solution should be viewable on mobile phones, but the whiteboard doesn't not need to function. We would like the video, audio, chat (all fully functional) and whiteboard (viewable only) on mobile devices. This can be viewed by swiping between large video/audio, chat and whiteboard on the phone (small video will show at all times - like a video call).
