I am looking for a skilled CAD designer who can create a high-quality assembly model using SolidWorks. The project requires the following: - Assembly: The CAD model should consist of multiple components that are put together to form a complete assembly. - Exact measurements: The model will have to be created from a drawing. We have legacy drawings, they have all the details required but we do not have 3D models and need to create one by one. This is a first in a series of drawings that I will be sharing. - High level of detail: The model should include all components and details of the assembly, ensuring accuracy and realism and I need updated drawings for each component and the assembly. -Freelancer should have excellent knowledge of sheetmetal design. Ideal skills and experience for this job include: - Proficiency in SolidWorks: The designer should have extensive experience using SolidWorks to create detailed and accurate CAD models. - Attention to detail: The ability to pay close attention to dimensions, measurements, and other specifications is crucial for this project. Write a solidworks shortcut in your bid. - Understanding of assembly design: Knowledge of how different components fit together and interact is essential for creating a cohesive and functional assembly model. If you have the necessary skills and experience, please submit your proposal with relevant examples of your previous CAD projects. The drawings will be shared with the freelancer and if the work is satisfactory, I will be happy to share other drawings. My budget for this first project is $150.

Hello, I am a Mechanical Engineer and run a design engineering company from Didcot, Oxfordshire. I've been designing using SolidWorks for 8 years and have the latest licensed version available. I have excellent skills in sheetmetal design and have done projects for CNC fabricators manufacturing products for industries like, 1. Food processing equipment, 2. Heavy machinery, 3. Sheetmetal enclosures 4. Kitchen equipment manufacturers I can provide CAD files, drawings and DXF as required. I use S key to bring up my customised toolbar, Ctrl+8 is another key combination used very often while designing. The drawing provided will be detailed with tolerances as required. The part created would be done with minimum steps and will be done in such a way that they can be easily read and modified by another designer. Since you've mentioned that this is the first in a series of drawings, I am happy to extend the same price for two other projects. My technical team has a SolidWorks Expert and an ex-Ansys employee both with experience of over 20 years in the design industry. The first meeting will be to understand your requirement in detail, any design constraints, the design intent and any methods you'd want me to to adopt while designing.
