I am looking for a mechanical designer with experience in stainless steel design and drafting. The project involves creating a design for Stairs, walkway / Ramp on food manufacturing equipment. Specifics: Platform for Maintenance and cleaning/ hoseing. - The design should be based on rough dimensions provided, but I am open to suggestions and improvements. - The final design should be suitable for manufacturing and should meet all necessary specifications and requirements for Australian Standards AS1657. - Designed for easy daily cleaning. - Consideration for installation, possibly bolt on support legs and hand rails etc. - Non slip design as this will be a wet area. provide options available in australia. - Walkway ramp 600mm below the bottom of the conveyor. Start. - Start Platform 1000mm from ground height and include stair access, 4 - 5 steps. - include handrails on all fall from height points, - include kickrails on platforms - include handrails on stairs. - include proposal concept, drafting and dxp files. Skills and experience: - Strong background in mechanical design, particularly in stainless steel. - Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials. - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Fast response time on exchanging information and answering questions.
