Multiple file upload, search based on keywords, paypal withdraw and some minor changes to an existing website

Note : Need the work done as quickly as possible. (maximum 3 days) An existing website requires the below functionalities. Most of the following are partially done. 1 - multile upload : (This is the most important part ) Right now files can be uploaded one by one, I want the users to be able to upload files all at the same time. 2 - search based on key words : Currently there is a search function that search only through titles , I want this search to be extended through some other fields 3 - paypal withdraw (this is very easy will be explained later and not as important as the above two parts) 3 - I also require some minor changes
