I'm looking for someone who can create a DLL file with c++ that do not require from user to install any Visual C++ Redistributable or dependencies DLL is the client side that will send the HWID of the PC to the server side through sockets Manager is the server side to receive the HWID The manager will have option to allow how many connection can be connected to the server side. So if the user run the DLL 2x times and the limit is one then the 2nd DLL connection wont established. The manager will have option to block specific HWID from connected to the server side. Once the connection is established will stay a live till the user close the DLL . The manager will log the HWID of connected users and current IP address. DLL must work on Windows 7+
