Such verification is a more challenging target than simple speech recognition as it involves not only making sure the proper word was said but also that the proper intonation and accents were used. I have worked for man years in speech recognition and synthesis yet, at this stage, I still can't provide a full guarantee the system quality will meet the expectations as this depends on the quality of the reference data used as well as the speakers learning the English language (i.e. if they have heavy foreign accents or unusual pitched voices guiding their pronunciation will be quite challenging). With this bid I have therefore allowed ample time for the project with my full time involvement. Please ignore the milestone, it is irrelevant at this stage but this bidding tool requires it. There are many topics to discuss before committing to this project, no point in taking more of your time with extra text.
