Software to downlaod file and send mal

Hi, I would like to create a small (and light) software in C ++ that does not need a framework or anything else. It must be compiled with Visual Studio. The work this software has to do is as follows: - download a file from the internet (http: //[login to view URL] (the file must be downloaded to %temp% folder. If the %Temp% variable is not there it must be downloaded to %userprofile%\Documents\ - rename [login to view URL] file to [login to view URL] - recall [login to view URL] file by running it with call or start etc ... - once the script in "[login to view URL]" has finished running, the software must recall the variables that are present in a file located on http: //[login to view URL] - inside [login to view URL] the values of the strings are stored with the shift of a character for example: server-smtp = [login to view URL] will be written as [login to view URL] (this is the traslated of [login to view URL]). - with the values of the smtp server, the file generated by the script "[login to view URL]" must be sent by mail - to whom should the email with the file be sent? to a predefined address (written inside the [login to view URL] file) and to an address that must be requested by the software. - delete from the folder assumend above (%temp% or %userprofile%\Documents\) the files [login to view URL] and the generated file - For the software interface you will have to make it "minimal" ... perhaps one similar to old character interfaces (write in green on the black background). - The [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] file I will provide to whoever will be assigned the job. - five day about to realize the software
