Votes for On-line Voting Contest

My client asks for up to 2000 votes in an online contest spaced out over 15 days. The voting system tracks ip addresses and Australian ip addresses are preferred. There is no requirement for registration, email address or other identifying info. This is a simple popularity contest. There are no SMS or FB likes in this voting system. There is a large, friendly VOTE HERE button on a web page. After clicking on the Vote button, there is a 'success' message. Or a message to say that the voter has already voted. Approximately 1 in 3 times or so, watch a contestant talent video before voting. This takes 2-2.5 minutes each time. Bidding Budget: You must be able to change your IP address, for example, by access to proxy servers Steps to vote will be given to the successful Bidder. The client may not need all the votes. 1. Visit the website 2. Click on the particular contestant entry 3. Watch the video, and make sure that you do 4. Click Vote button All votes need to be completed before November 20th. The successful bidder will be required to send a short report every day to summarise: a./ the numbers of IP addresses used b./ the number of votes cast successfully ( ("Thank you for your vote") c./ number of video views d./ and maybe the number of voting messages that fail ("you have already voted") This is very routine work and can be quite boring. Bidders should budget $2 - $5 per hour and we will move hours up or down as the client provides feedback on the total voting numbers. The client is using other local promotions to bring in votes, so this project is seen as a 'top up' to maintain a good ranking. There is no expectation that the client is to 'win' anything.
