I am seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service and Relations Specialist to join my team. Your robust sales experience will be critical in your primary tasks which will include: - Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Boosting sales through effective customer engagement - Managing customer relations ensuring delivery of high-quality service - Data entry of customer information in our organized system - Manage and maintain fluid customer communication channels You will take the leadership in handling customer communications through various means such as phone calls, emails, and live chats. Your excellent customer service skills coupled with your ability to efficiently communicate and conduct business in both English and Spanish will be essential in this role.
