We are looking for a remote customer service agent. This position involves: (1) accepting incoming customer service calls via web based call handling application, (2) returning customer calls via the same call handling application, (3) placing non-sales outbound calls using the same call handling application, (4) completing administrative, data entry, and web research tasks. The successful candidates for this role will be able to self train using an online knowledgebase. We do not provide 1:1 training. Candidates must pass a short online quiz, as well as a phone test. This position pays $12 per hour for every hour logged into our call center application and in Ready status. This total weekly outcomes payment will be reduced by $12 PER CALL that is missed or mishandled. A "missed" call is any call that is routed to you, during a time that you are in Ready status, which is not answered within 3 rings. Even if they are not answered within three rings, calls that are routed to you while you are on another incoming or outgoing call on our behalf are not considered to be missed calls. A call is considered to have been mishandled when it is not processed in strict accordance with the written instructions provided in our knowledgebase.
