I am seeking a part-time/full-time position that will allow me to utilize my experience in customer service. In addition to my 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant, I have over 6 years of experience as a technical support and customer service representative. I am currently employed by a BPO as a Quality Analyst. In the past, I have worked in the areas of sales, hospitality, recruitment, and travel agent.
CRM, Outlook, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Wix, MS applications, etc, are some of the customer service tools I am familiar with.
I have worked as a customer service representative and a technical support representative for nearly 9 years.
My experience includes handling email complaints, sales processing, and marketing.
My clients receive quality service and support from me, including assistance with issues related to their internet connection, cable, and phone service. Additionally, I work as a travel agent for an online booking agency, so I have experience handling client inquiries. The first priority of my life has always been assisting them in getting the assistance they need.
