We are looking for a custom application that can go into pages of Sold and Rented Real Estate Listings, extract approx. 10-15 different fields of data from each Sold or Rented listing, and then dump the data into a spreadsheet. There are different types of listings for Sold Listings and Rented Listings. This application needs to allow us to select which type of listing report to be inputted (Sold or Rented) and then handle it appropriately.
