Display Wordpress articles on another site using rss

I want you to code a clean script, which can do the following: Get 8 latest wordpress blog articles using rss, and display them on another page, which is written in php. The blog preview shall be limited to 100 characters, with a scaled thumbnail, and a "read more" button which links to the article url, on a new scaled window. I assume, many of you have done this already. In that case , please provide demo. You will not be provided with ftp and db. I will be available on chat to do any uploads/modification.
