Hello Sir, You want the BOM optimized for surface mounted technology, did I understand correctly? Which maximum size for the pcb is allowed? May I use double sided mounting? Is a housing already choiced? In which enviroment are you using this pcb? Temperature, etc... For better EMC/EMI performance we should use at least a 4-layer design. Some words about me: I'm using Altium Designer Summer 09 and I have over 5 years experience with altium designer and over 3 years experience in switched mode power supplies up to 2000 Watts.
