Manual emailing : Send 1 million emails by hand

Hello, I have a list of 1 million users and i want you or your team to manually send them an email. Why manually ? Because i want 100% inbox for this campaign. You will have to create hundreds/thousands of mailboxes at gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc to assure maximum inbox rate for this campaign. I want you to add my email in the CCI so i can see how you are sending the campaign. For each user we have an username, you will have to replace the username for each email, of course you can do this with a program so you wont sent the wrong name in your emails. If you have another solution to get 100% inbox let me know. Best regards, Johan
