Uk employment law help needed for employer

Hi I am a native English freelancer with 17 years experience in HR. I worked for Local Government and my role was to provide support to service management teams on all HR issues. I am attaching a copy of my CV for your information. I have bid $500 based on 5 days, but that is negotiable depending on how much work and time is required.
