Building a smart refridgerator tool using face and object recognition

Hi, I'm looking for someone who could build a piece of programming for me that would allow me and other people in my household to track the things we eat. The big idea is that when you take something out of the refridgerator you show your face to a webcam and then you show the item you took out. If it is something you don't eat or drink all at once you put it on a scale so everything can be monitored. This will allow me to eat healthier by being more aware of the things i eat. I would like to have a database in which i can add new pieces of food and their weight, callories, etc. so this can be used to track my daily callorie intace etc. I was also thinking that it might be able to use this information to tell when stuff runs out so you know what to buy new and even allow for seeing if stuff like milk hasn't run bad because you can check when it was first show to the monitor.
