Non-professional, receptionist, fun and great personality

Hi we are hiring for someone to respond to our guests via phone call and text message. ***Pay is $110/week*** Work hours: You must be available 7am-11pm 7 days per week EST, but the amount of actual call time our cohosts spend on the phone is only like 2 hours per week. Not looking for a “professional” sounding person. Looking for great personality someone to talk to our customers like they are your friends, not like professional relationship, but more like your neighbor next door. Requirements: -great personality and phone voice (send 1 minute minimum audio recording of why u think you are best for the job) -fun and exciting personailty -5 minute text response time during 7am-11pm 7 days per week -1 hour phone call response time for checkin calls during 7am-11pm 7 days per week -high speed internet, send screenshot of speed test **this job is not a clock in and out job. You must be available 7am to 11pm but you are not working those hours. Only if a trigger is met to do a phone call or text is when you work. The price we are asking for is a monthly rate to be available to preform functions when a trigger is met during those hours. Usually our cohosts spend 2 hours per week talking on the phone with guests** Pre Booking -Guests must be responded to via text within 5 minute max during the hours of 7am-11pm Post Booking -Guests must be sent a text within 5 minutes after booking -Guests must be called on the phone within an hour of booking During Reservation -Guests are not called unless they contact us and must be responded to within 5 minute max during the hours of 7am-11pm Check out -Guests are texted within an hour of check out and asked to do a phone call Weekly Video call -Do a 15 min video call with all our cohosts to say hi and see how their week went!! Daily Price Check -Go over pricing every day with manager and let him know occupency rates and he will tell u if u should change price or not
