Would a turnaround of 2 working days, max, for each hour of tape transcription be good enough for you? This might not exactly be a very quick one but I prefer to have everything done with quality and accuracy in mind rather than speed. I will need 1 day to finish transcribing everything and the day after to allow me to have a lapse of time and allow the texts to digest in my mind for me to proceed with proofreading afterward, correcting and revising the transcript to be as accurate and authentic as possible. I already have a track record of my performance so far with my previous clients showing me that I can indeed transcribe any audio file even the poor quality and deeply accented ones. My most recent client from the US had praised me for a good work done and well within schedule. I expect to be paid 30 dollars per hour of audio file but if your budget is 20 then I'm willing to just settle with 20 dollars per hour instead.
