Macro creation (excel) from raw data for salesforce imports

Please refer to the attachments for exactly what we need and an example of the data to be used. In your reply please show examples of similar jobs. The processes we need automated are as follows 1. Our data is taken from a site called [login to view URL] example shown in attachments 2. This data needs to be exported to excel. (see attachment) 3. The standard export comes across in one colunm. I have shown 2 sheets one to show the raw data imported to excel the other to show how we need it to look. 4. Then the date needs to be made into a .CSV file 5. an import into salesforce. So we need something like a marco or ????? to search out these entries and make the data clean and accurate in excel to import to salesforce. The next step will be to go one step further to actually rip the data from RPData periodically and complete the whole process (this can be talked about later though and NOT to be included in this quote unless you think you can do this too, i'd be happy to hear it) :-). I have included some test data for you, so you can get a real good understanding as to what we are talking about. Cheers. Alister.
