French Facebook fans required

I have a fan page and want to increase its targeted fans by 2,000. You must meet ALL of the following requirements: * All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM!) or accounts at risk of being suspended. I have a good knowledge of Facebook and have been using it for years. I know fake or real a account. * All fans must be active accounts with 20 friends or more (with status updates, pics, etc. NO DEAD USERS/BOTS) * All fans must be between 18 and 30 years old * All fans must be from french speaking european countries (France, Belgium & Switzerland) * * Please use only good practices for inviting fans; You must not add fans in a way that will get the page banned or suspended -- there will be no payment if the page is suspended Please include with your bid: * Price * time table and explain how you intend to do this. * Accurate date of delivery * URLS with examples of previous Facebook fan page work IMPORTANT: - You will only be paid 15 days after you've completed this task (after you've gathered 2,000 fans to ensure the 2,000 fans remain.) - Any fans that leave within the 15 days must be replaced, or you will not be compensated. - You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted. - Strict confidentialy is required, and this project may not be used for references.
