We have a client with an existing FileMaker Pro database (Latest version). We are an IT company in the UK but have no experience of File Maker Pro and are therefore looking to outsource to a 3rd Party. This 3rd party would interact with the client as if they were one of our staff.
There is already a ticket system setup which would be used. The successful candidate would need to have good English both verbally and in written form. The client is looking for around x10 hours per month to deal with faults and implement upgrades and changes.
The successful candidate would be paid hourly with a minimum of x10 hours per month. The hourly rate would increase by 5% per year. I have a copy of the existing database as well as access to the ticket system so you can see the types of support they require. These will be provided to any candidate I see as being well suited.
