3D Motion Text Graphic in Flash

I am looking for a flash or graphics person to create an animated 3D graphic of a logo. The style will be similar to that of the attached piece. A simple intro clip ~5seconds and lower third bug [rotates 360degress] will need to be delivered. The intro clip will have the logo swipe in and the lower third bug will be an element that will be overlayed on top of videos. More details can be discussed before start. The final file output should be in .avi (non-compressed 720x480) and will be used for videos. I assume this can be done in flash, motion, after effects, 3d studio max, cinema 4d. Any method should be fine as long as the final product is as desired. Please attach your portfolio work. This is a design/graphic gig. Thank you.
