web hosting site design

Hello! I have a already hosting script [login to view URL] installed which 1 of my former designer had prepared a part of design pages wich is not still installed on my site. The or some of the images baner are missign from his design and need to proceed with this hosting site design for wich you will compleet bay adding baners, text content, redesign a bit of the page style design in a web 2.0 style. I will give you the former programor design files for which you will have to keep on developping and making the site work and tested. The major designe skills I need would be Ajax, Flex, Action script, flash and good graphic css designer
