Graphic Artist for upcoming online survey

Looking for talented graphic to assist with online survey product currently under development. Deliverables we are looking for: - Product logo design - Supporting graphic standards document in PDF format - Vector format file (Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand compatible) - Product website design - A sample HTML page - A sample Flash page with supporting FLA file (differing elements should be in layers) - Photoshop file with differing elements in layers We expect to go through a full design process: 1. Artist creates and posts a series of comps 2. We give feedback 3. Artist makes revisions based on feedback 4. Repeat process until mark is hit The survey application is going to be called "Red Flag Green Light". Our customers will use this primarily as a market research tool. For example, if an advertising executive creates a new marketing slogan, they would use this survey tool to find out in a very short period of time if there is anything significantly wrong (i.e. the "red flag") before presenting it to their boss.
