interactive sketchup model in flash

We market a complete car wash retail facility. It has many aspects of the facility that we sell. The building, the equipment, the vacuums, the arches, the brushes, etc. The entire facility is build in google sketchup to the fullest extent, even cad imported. Basically I want to turn the model into a web page, make it so users can walk through the facility. (I believe Hyperscom is a way of doing this however the model is so big, it's typically too slow to walk around or even load through hyperscom.. is there a better way) Then as walking through the facility customers can click on items and a pop up would appear with detailed information about the product. A link to the product page, and even an add to cart button. I can show you the site via gotomeeting in 3D so you can see. Probably would have 30 items that could be clicked on. I guess this is probably more of a flash app? can Sketchup import into flash and be simplified so someone could walk through it? maybe limited paths around the facility. To add to the complexity, we have 3 different models we would want to do, however could of coarse start with one. End result, is a webpage that I can walk through a 3D model of a car wash facility, click on objects and learn about them and be offered a link to the product page.
