Google Analytics Expert for Tracking Campains

We need someone to help us track conversions of all our marketing efforts We use Aweber to send our email campains. We often send people to a blog post and this blog post is often linked to the sales letter We want to be able to track how many clicks and sales our emais and autoresponders generate (about 35 emails total) how many sales each blog post generates and whether people were coming from the newsletter or just external traffic which traffic sources generate the most sales or subscriptions (this on two of our websites, one being mostly a sales letter) We want you to explain to us how to do it ourselves in the future and set it up yoursef for all current autoresponders and posts.
