Grant Money to be able to LIVE for the next 30yrs.

I am a parapalegic (MS) I require personal assitance 6 hrs a day for personal hyegine, dressing, getting me in my wheelchair, doing my hair, And the reverse in the evening. None of these are eligible for tax filing. All for $40,320/yr. I also need personal care garments to the tune of $2400/yr. So, that is $42,720 a year on $1540,00/mo SS. And, I expect enough assistance for at lease 30 years. Running my home will be done on SS, I hope. I will also need a new wheelchair every 3 years or so. So, lets go on $42,720 x30 years + wheelchairs = 16200x2=32,400 ALL totals $1,314,000. I've tried ALTC in Arizona and I make too much @ $1540/mo + I'm paying insurance, etc. I need HELP despertly I would like the grant writter to receive a % of grant money one
