Logo designing

Hi, I need a simple banner to be designed for my company which has been awarded. The logo specifications as follows: Design Specifications should be: 1) 740px × 166px (for a website logo) 2) However, I wish to print this out on A4, but I do not think that the above specifications will do the trick. I was thinking of designing it in a higher resolution that could be displayed properly even if I specify the resolutions on the website img src as 740x166px Design should include: 1) The award logo (i will provide) 2) The company logo (i will provide also) 3) Some text that says "xxx company has been awarded bla bla by the governing body" (i will provide the text)
