1 Page Website

A One Page Website required. It is a website signing up for a CD ALBUM. It will be very colorful, and will contain bright colors. Something funky preferrred rather than something very organized. The page will show the album title, a button to our website, thumbnail picture of 25 artists, the list of tracks (13 lines), and a small icon similar preview button (java script code provided to copy paste) next to each line. Then one small stylish signup form with following fields: - Full Name, Address1, Address2, City, Post code, Country, Email After signup it will give a confirmation on screen and send me a email with those details and CC to users email. Also the submit button must prevent incorrect email addresses or empty fields , and tell to double check those details. This is quite a straight forward project. A good designer required for this. No templates - design by scratch required to fit our needs Budget: 30 usd Time frame: 1 day Payment: Upon completition (before sending files) No advance, no escrow. This can lead to more designing projects.
