New Brand Identity project with Logo & graphics

I am looking for a talented artist/graphic designer with a proven track record of producing great branding for businesses to help me design a new logo and help create a good brand identity for my new company. I want to give the brand a personality so maybe the use of characters or a theme might be necessary. The main corporate company logo will be used on my website, business cards, envelopes, letterhead, Compliments slips, newspaper ads etc. Brands will be used on the websites, newspaper & magazine adverts and product packaging/boxes/flyers. I need 2 brochure to be designed with the new logo and branding incorporated. This job would ideally suit someone really artistic, fun & creative, with a love of nature and a young state of mind who is flexible and able to really think outside the proverbial box. This is just the beginning of a long term project so there will be scope for continued work in the future development of my brand as the business grows so I would really like this to become a long term relationship with the ideal candidate to ensure that all the future branding style stays the same. They must have a good concept of product marketing and company branding and have a excellent knowledge of the 18 to 35 age group market. The target market I am aiming for with my service is relatively new but is already quite a competitive market especially from the so the design needs to stand out from the crowd and with time become instantly recognisable. The brand has to look cool, elegant, fashionable, funky and subtle and must look good or be adaptable to be printed. If you think you can help me grow this brand from a seed into a flower, then it would be great to here from you. Skills & Experience ------------------- Aside from matching the basic requirements on the posting, you should feel comfortable designing all the above materials using appropriate software, and have previous experience of creating branding, not just a single logo image.
