Build a Website to create responsive read along books

I need someone to build a site and platform so i can easily create many books similar to the one in this link. NO FLASH. and should work on all mobile devices as well. the text MUST be highlighted together with the audio. and there should be a pause play keyboard shortcut. full screen button, and an auto play button.
