Video merger for 5min site intro for non-profit site

We need a 5min video made for the intro to our new website.. I want these two videos merged into one video, using everything from the poverty video, and adding in our logo, and services we provide.. The music video will run in the backround for the music part, although some parts of the children singing i want added into the new video... So this means, the poverty video will run, and inbetween whats being said, you can add in the children singing or other singers from the music video.
