I need an experienced graphic designer to make changes and designs to an existing Website PSD (photoshop) template. I have template files and also a detailed brief on the changes needed to the elements in the template/design. You will also need to elaborate an already existing logo we have to be included in the design. NOTE: This is not a complete new website design, just a modification of the template i have. Please put the words "graphic understood" in your bid so i know you have read and understood all of this. Budget 100-150 $USD.
