Hello. There is a limit in characters so I am not able to answer all questions until I get a response. - What past project or job have you had that is most like this one and why? I was administrator on one website that was connected to google app and in 2 days got promoted to super admin on 2 other sites as well, owned by the same company. My duties there were to have eye for detail as many things passed through moderator and admin filtration, which should not have. During this time I have also responded to tickets over UserVoice and had to organize managers, moderators and admins for events. As I advanced, I was moved higher up where I took part in talking with new employees about their tasks and helped them on occasions to get the task finished. - Why do you think you are a good fit for this particular project? I believe that based on my knowledge, experience and the skills that I poses you will find me quite capable to talk with designers, coders and writers (please take a look at my previous work here on Freelancer). - What skills do you have that make you a perfect fit for this job? I believe that the best manager is the one that knows the same things that he is asking the team members about as only then can he talk with them and help them to get faster results. ANSWER: Being a manager of an online farm market, I was able to perform almost all tasks listed below. I assisted in the creation of a new website/design, created content to place on the site and make them SEO friendly. I research competing markets around as well as major chain stores for pricing, customer service, and to stay current on items we offer. I wrote grants for the market in order to obtain more funding. I managed ordered as they came in, making changes, editing prices, and contacting producers who were providing for that customer. As a manager, I was able to delegate tasks in order to complete projects and jobs. I also started my own business in 2005, creating articles to promote businesses. While I still write on occasion, I find that my organizational skills have led me down a different work path. I can create original content that is interesting and informational to the readers.
