i have 6 years of Wordpress development experience. When you say (module) i assume that is the Paypal code. That means we just have to place it where you want it. Usually Banners are used for ads or information. If it is an ad then the banner will come with the ad code. If for your info then we have to use a plugin and there are many. You will see that the Milestone calls for 10 hours and I do not think we need that much. Could you send me the name of the plugin that you want set up? That will help with time. Just message me.
