Hello, I need a talented artist and designer to create 2 things for a business. 1) A seal redesigned 2) Create a character that will narrate an educational video The Business is a National licensing organization that issues permits for restaurants. Users must watch a 3 hour video and pass a test to get a permit. 1) We need an official seal designed, that will be stamped on the certificate. 2) We also need 2 characters to be designed that will be used for a video, to motion and narrate whats happening in the video.
