Old pictures redraw total 80+ using my PSD as example

Project BUDGET: 100$ all higher will be ignored!!!!!!! I have about 80 total pictures. From old game. And i have 24 PSD files, wich was used to create this 80 pictures. I want just all redraw. I dont need HIGH quality pictures, just fresh look. Icon design in final too. I will show all old files, what will need redraw, using old psd files for photoshop. Budget will be cheap all pictures redraw what you see in rar file = 100$ max. Milestone release after each 20% completed. You give me test pictures 20% if all ok i release 20% $. WARNING: All bids higher 100$ will be ignored. You can ask me, i can show 1-2 PSD examples, how they look. I dont care where you get or how you gona design, but i want just fresh redraw :). Project will go slowly, because i have limited time, if you gona work with me prepare for 30-60 days total. Good project for freelancer starters.
