I am looking to hire a freelancer who can assist me with designing a property development brochure, creating a company logo, and setting up a template. Target Audience: - The property development brochure will be targeting commercial buyers specifically. Application Requirements: - I would like freelancers to include examples of their past work in their application. Style or Theme: - The desired style for both the company logo and brochure is modern and minimalist. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in graphic design and branding - Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in brochure design and logo creation - Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing designs - Ability to understand and incorporate the desired modern and minimalist style into the designs *** IMPORTANT REQUESTS*** I want the final document to be sent to me in an editable Microsoft Powerpoint 365 document so that we can update this ourselves for future projects and add/remove pages etc. as required. The property is based between North Rd, Broad Lane and Engine Common Lane, and the main postcode is BS37 7LD. I have included a blank powerpoint with some slides of what to put on each page. I am expecting at least 9 or 10 good quality pages with high quality, crisp graphics. The company name for the logo is Davidstone and needs to be a high quality, prestigous logo. We have 2 members from Boundstone ([login to view URL]) in our team, and their website may provide some inspiration as to the sorts of properties we do, and how a logo may link. We want it to be different to Boundstone, for clarity. I also include sample brochures with ideas on what graphics could look like. I have lots of photos of the site in the current state which i can send via onedrive seperately
