I am confident we can exceed your expectations. Project Scope: We understand that you want to build a website to improve English pronunciation. Users will have to register to get full access of the website. Users will also be able to sign up/ login Google, Facebook. Twitter doesn't give permission to login/ sign up by it anymore. We understand that admin will be able to post audio messages of different length. Users can listen to those audios, can record his own voice and can submit it. When it's submitted, it will be listed under the main category in admin control panel. It will have status like "pending", admin will check it, comment on it and then either approve/ reject it, If it's approved then it will be posted in front end. Admin will also be able to create sub-admins who will also able to do these tasks. Users will be able to listen other's audios, can comment via voice. Users can create groups, also they can send and accept friend request. When a friend posts a new audio, his friends will get a notification. Site design will be modern, sleek, professional, elegant and 100% responsive. We will use Core PHP with Object Oriented concept in terms to provide a secure and robust website. Also we can build in rich PHP Framework like Code-igniter. **No more space to write. Thanks.

User Types: Admin, Sub-Admin, Normal Users 2. Groups 3. Users 4. Audio Messages 5. User Comments 6. Audio Categories ( I would suggest this as users may have different skills level so probably its better to categories it) Functions: User can login via social media or by registering to the site. Only logged in users will be able hear audio messages or record their voices. Once logged in they will land on a dashboard page from where they can quickly navigate to perform various actions as per requirements. Admin will be able to control other admins ( sub-admins) and other aspects like comments, audio messages etc. I would suggest to avoid spam comments, we should moderate them at some point. Only approved comments should be accessible on the site. Questions: What sort of alerts you would require for friends ( Email or SMS) More questions will be asked once you will short list us.
