Wordpress portfolio website with dynamic/modern/edgy text animation in landing page

I'm looking to build a video+photo portfolio website with a modern background landing page. The landing page should be minimalistic with TV noise as background and animated texts displaying on rotation. Possibly horizontal scrolling led sign type of text effect ( text and data displays / sign board) or similar dynamic modern / edgy text animations. I am open to alternative animated text proposal. Open to use template if fits the description.
