The goal of this product component is to create a dynamic web based form builder and to be able to use those forms to store data in a set of database tables. Together the forms make up a case It is important to note, as you’ll see throughout the attached design, that the intent is to allow a user to define an unlimited number of forms as it is not possible to predetermine the number or types of forms that will be used to create a case. The requirements in the attached document are a general statement of what the expected features are of the form builder. If you have an existing product that closely matches the technical and functional requirements outlined in this presentation, I am open to licensing/purchasing that source code – reduce, reuse, recycle! The whole platform is Microsoft and related CSS technology. Specifically: MS Entity Model v 6.1.0 Visual Studio 2013/2014 jQueryUI 1.10.4 jQuery Validation Bootstrap 3.0.0 asp.net / VB MS SQL Server 2012
