Marketing of new service on website

hi guys I am looking for someone to do some marketing for one area of my website. I want to promote a deep link within my site as well as the homepage link, so i think this would ideally suit some kind of article marketing, but doesnt have to be just that. Whoever can come up with the best plan will be rewarded the project, you will need to state how many links I will get too for each page. I have 4 keywords for each page too, so 4 keywords for the deeplink page and 4 for the homepage.
